I raised this in Projects because it looks like you can store reviews directly against Git commits without changing the hash.
It's an obscure feature, but I'd like to try it out. Article 
There's a distributed code review tool called "Git Appraise" which looks absolutely bonkers. It's written entirely in Go. Github
